CBP’s WTC 47,000 S.F. lease area was a drastic reduction from their existing 89,000 S.F. EJES was tasked with completing a 3- week, fast-track design with two space plan options for each floor and a detailed program of each stakeholder’s requirements. The EJES design team combined preferred elements from both options to produce a final space plan and program that exceeded all stakeholder’s expectations.
